In front of the 1800 enthusiasts gathered around the Circuit Carole, Kenny Foray, Johan Gimbert, Justine Pedemonte and others put on a show. Who are those who leave this 6th stage, organized by MC Motors Events and the FFM, with the advantage before the final in a month?

SUPERBIKES

RACE 1: FORAY SEIZES HIS CHANCE AND TAKES CONTROL OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP

Challenger Corentin PEROLARI (Yamaha Moto Ain – Pirelli) gets off to a lightning start and places his Yamaha in the lead. But after 2 laps, the fall of Alexis LAMIRE (Yamaha – Michelin), without seriousness, caused a red flag. All drivers return to the pits before leaving for 20 laps.

At the restart, Corentin PEROLARI reiterates and places himself in front of pole sitter Jérémy GUARNONI (BMW MDS – Dunlop), second, who remains in contact. The #36 Honda of Mike DI MEGLIO (Honda CBO – Michelin) also got off the starting grid very well and climbed into 3rd position ahead of his teammate Alan TECHER (Honda CBO – Michelin), 4th, and Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas – Michelin), 5th. In 6th position, Grégory LEBLANC (Ducati TWR- Pirelli) does not maintain the advantage of his first row and must force himself to stay in contact with the leading group, threatened by Axel MAURIN (Yamaha – Pirelli), 7th, and Christophe PONSSON ( BMW Tecmas – Michelin), 8th.

After 3 laps, GUARNONI took the lead again, then had to face attacks from the other BMW from FORAY, determined to take the lead of the race and the Championship for the first time this season. He is also ahead of his main competitor DI MEGLIO, 3rd. For its part, PEROLARI fell back in the hierarchy, even seeing itself overtaken by TECHER who took 4th place on the 6th lap. In the process, the fall of LEBLANC benefits MAURIN who moves to 6th place. The Team CMS driver has a comfortable lead over PONSSON, 7th after starting 11th.

After mid-race, GUARNONI made his effort to stay in the lead ahead of FORAY who was pushing harder and harder. For his part, DI MEGLIO, suffered the blow and gave up precious seconds to the leading duo. Conversely, PEROLARI found the resources to get back in front of TECHER and thus regained 4th place with 6 laps to go.

In a twist of drama, on the penultimate lap, while the FORAY threat is getting stronger and stronger, GUARNONI makes a mistake in the series of turns! A godsend for FORAY which did not ask for so much and only has to finish to achieve its 6th victory of the season thus moving, for the first time, to the top of the Championship. With second place, DI MEGLIO, of course, remains in the game and will try to regain the advantage at the end of race 2. Absent from the podium since Le Mans, PEROLARI makes his return with 3rd place, ahead of TECHER who continues his streak of 11 consecutive top 5s.

Often at ease on the Ile-de-France route, MAURIN demonstrated it once again with a fine 5th place ahead of Christophe PONSSON, 6th. Very discreet this weekend, Martin RENAUDIN (Yamaha Supported Team Moto&GP Addict – Pirelli) had to settle for 7th place ahead of Yvan LAETZIG (Yamaha – Pirelli). He signed his best result in the category with an 8th place overall, synonymous with 2nd place in Challenger ahead of Leo CHALLAMEL (Yamaha – Pirelli) who completed the podium thanks to his top 10.

RACE 2: FORAY INTRACTABLE IN FRONT OF DI MEGLIO

Once again the author of a very good start, Corentin PEROLARI (Yamaha Moto Ain – Pirelli), took the lead at the end of the first lap. He is closely followed by Mike DI MEGLIO (Honda CBO – Michelin) who is also off to a good start, as is Grégory LEBLANC (Team TWR Ducati – Pirelli), 1rd. For his part, Kenny FORAY (BMW TECMAS -Michelin) is stuck in 3th place behind Alan TECHER (Honda CBO - Michelin) and Jérémy GUARNONI (BMW MDS - Dunlop).

Mike DI MEGLIO must work hard to get the best of a PEROLARI in great shape. He achieved this on the 6th lap and was imitated by his teammate TECHER. For its part, FORAY comes back little by little and returns in the wake of the #96 Yamaha of Team Moto Ain, followed by GUARNONI, 5th, while LEBLANC loses rhythm and sees his adversaries slip by.

Thanks to a masterful overtake at the last corner on PEROLARI, FORAY returned to the top 3 at mid-race. The French Champion sets off in pursuit of the Hondas while TECHER is very pressing behind his teammate.

Unleashed, FORAY successively got the better of TECHER then DI MEGLIO in the 17th and 18th laps. We then think that the native of Yvelines will escape, but DI MEGLIO does not give up and remains stuck in the wheel of the BMW n°1. In 4th position, PEROLARI can still join the fight for the podium, less than 0'392 behind TECHER, 3rd. The top 5 is still completed by GUARNONI who navigates between the leading group and the duo RENAUDIN – MAURIN who battles fiercely for 6th place.

In the last lap, DI MEGLIO is able to attack his rival. At the final turn, the World Endurance Champion tried everything, FORAY widened his trajectory... But for 0'176 he kept the advantage at the checkered flag and scored the double. The two men are now separated by 9 points and will have to decide during the final on the Circuit Paul Ricard. New podium for TECHER who was ultimately not worried by PEROLARI at the end of the race. After an excellent start to the weekend, GUARNONI unfortunately did not manage to make it happen but still scored a top 5.

For his part, MAURIN finally got the better of RENAUDIN, recovering 6th place in the last meters. The Moto&GP Addict rider is therefore 7th ahead of LEBLANC, 8th. The second Challenger behind Corentin PEROLARI is once again named Kilian AEBI (Team LMS Suzuki – Pirelli). The Swiss protégé of Damien Saulnier is 9th overall ahead of Yvan LAETZIG (Yamaha – Pirelli) who completes the top 10.

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Kenny FORAY – 230 points
2- Mike DI MEGLIO – 221 points
3 – Alan TECHER – 175 points
4 – Corentin PEROLARI – 142
5 – Jérémy GUARNONI – 129 points

SUPERSPORT 600

RACE 1: GIMBERT IN CONTROL IN FRONT OF ARBEL

The only Supersport 600 rider to have gone under the minute this weekend, Loïc ARBEL (Yamaha – Pirelli) made the holeshot, Enzo DE LA VEGA (Yamaha – Pirelli) also got a good start and relegated Johan GIMBERT (Yamaha – Pirelli) to the 3rd row. But the Championship leader quickly regains the advantage over Enzo DE LA VEGA while Matthieu GREGORIO (Yamaha – Pirelli) is lying in wait in 4th place.

Still in the lead after 10 laps, ARBEL is unable to get rid of GIMBERT who follows him like his shadow. For his part, DE LA VEGA, saw machine #77 escape from him, while GREGORIO seemed able to get closer to launch an offensive. 5th since the 1st lap, Diego PONCET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) is attacked by Vincent FALCONE (Yamaha – Pirelli) who takes the advantage and enters the top 5. 6th, Bartholomé PERRIN (Yamaha – Pirelli) is also a threat for the Kawasaki rider.

After waiting for 14 laps, GIMBERT took over ARBEL when braking at the Hotel corner. The Team PMR driver does not seem able to fight back.

GIMBERT will finally no longer be worried and offers himself a 5th victory ahead of ARBEL who climbs onto the 2nd step of the podium for the first time this season. After having well defended his position in front of GREGORIO, 4th, DE LA VEGA validates a new top 3. Starting 5th, FALCONE concludes in the same position and wins in the Young category in front of his adversaries PONCET, 6th and PERRIN, 7th, who complete the podium.

RACE 2: GIMBERT DOUBLE THE BET

Undisputed leader of the Supersport 600 category, Johan GIMBERT (Yamaha – Pirelli) took the best start from pole position. Following him, Enzo DE LA VEGA (Yamaha – Pirelli), is part of the small train completed by Loïc ARBEL (Yamaha – Pirelli) and Matthieu GREGORIO (Yamaha – Pirelli), 4th. Behind them, a trio of young people are trying to stay the course: Vincent FALCONE (Yamaha - Pirelli), Bartholomé PERRIN (Yamaha - Michelin) and Diego PONCET (Kawasaki - Pirelli).

After 7 laps of the race, GIMBERT already puts everyone in agreement with more than 3 seconds ahead of DE LA VEGA, still 2nd but threatened by ARBEL. GREGORIO is a little less on the pace but is pushing to keep the #23 Yamaha in his sights.

While GIMBERT prances in the lead, ARBEL attacks and overtakes DE LA VEGA to gain 2nd place. A short-lived joy since 6 laps from the finish a latecomer blocked ARBEL in the 5th turn. The driver of Team Perles de Fruits took the opportunity to move back into second place while GREGORIO, 4rd, approximate.

More movement in the laps that follow, on the finish line Johan GIMBERT logically wins and increases his lead in the Championship before the final. The top 3 is once again completed by DE LA VEGA and ARBEL, while GREGORIO is at the foot of the podium. Another top 5 for FALCONE who concludes his weekend with a new victory in the Youth category, ahead of another driver under 21, PERRIN, 6th overall. In 7th place, we find Hugo ROBERT (Yamaha – Michelin) who is ahead of the 3rd Young Diego PONCET. Thanks to this new great performance, PERRIN is crowned French Supersport Youth Champion 2023 (subject to technical checks by the stewards).

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Johan GIMBERT – 242 points
2 – Enzo DE LA VEGA – 202 points
3 – Loïc ARBEL – 167 points
4 – Matthieu GREGORIO – 162 points
5 – Hugo ROBERT – 120 points

GRAND PRIZE OBJECTIVE

PRE-MOTO 3

RACE 1: DA COSTA IN GOOD POSTURE

David DA COSTA (BEON – Bridgestone) gets off to an ideal start and maintains the lead, closely followed by Quentin GODEFROY (Erdog – Bridgestone). For his part, Henri MIGNOT (BEON – Bridgestone) suffered mechanical problems and was forced to retire after the 3rd lap. Perhaps a turning point in the Championship, given the good start to the race of his rival DA COSTA.

The debates are not very lively, David DA COSTA sets the pace far ahead of Quentin GODEFROY, 2nd, while Enzo DUPUIS (BEON – Bridgestone) is also left behind in 3rd place.

In the second part of the race, the positions no longer changed in the top 3, DA COSTA won and took an option on the title with 32 points ahead of MIGNOT, the big loser of the day. GODEFROY takes the second step of the podium, completed for the first time by DUPUY. In the top 5 the public finds Louis PAPELARD (BEON – Bridgestone), 4th, and Nathan DELAUNAY (KTM – Bridgestone), 5th.

RACE 2: MIGNOT REDEMPTS HIMSELF

The first laps were lively, two of the leaders had to retire, David DA COSTA (BEON – Bridgestone) due to engine failure and Quentin GODEFROY (Erdog – Bridgestone) following a fall. Ambitious to redeem himself after his retirement in race 1, Henri MIGNOT (BEON – Bridgestone) takes control of operations ahead of Enzo DUPUIS (BEON – Bridgestone), 2rd, and Randy TRUCHOT (BEON – Bridgestone), 3rd.

At mid-race, the young drivers neutralized each other, with gaps of more than 2 seconds between the first three boys.

So, at the finish the situation remains the same, MIGNOT wins and goes back in front of DA COSTA for 1 point in the provisional ranking. At his side on the podium, the public finds DUPUIS, 2nd, and TRUCHOT, 3rd for the first time.

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Henri MIGNOT – 220 points
2 – David DA COSTA – 219 points
3 – Quentin GODEFROY – 169 points
4 – Marc-Antoine AUDARD – 113 points
5 – Célestin MASY – 101 points

HONDA NSF 250

RACE 1: BELLON IS STRONGER

Pole sitter Enzo BELLON (Honda – Bridgestone), took off perfectly and took the lead at the end of the first lap. He is ahead of his friend Benjamin CAILLET (Honda – Bridgestone), second, and Lucas BOSSON (Honda – Bridgestone), 3rd. The reigning French Champion, Jules BERCOT (Honda – Bridgestone), 3rd, keeps the pace and hangs on to the leading men. While in 2nd place, Benjamin CAILLET suffered a mechanical problem and had to retire. Further back, Championship leader Evan BOXBERGER (Honda – Bridgestone) falls and is also forced to retire. The race lead is thus remodeled: Enzo BELLON leader, Lucas BOSSON, second, and Jules BERCOT now 3rd.

After 12 laps, BELLON consolidates its domination and is almost 10 seconds ahead of the BOSSON – BERCOT duo, fighting for the 2nd step of the podium.

At the checkered flag, the promising BELLON wins hands down. Although left behind by the winner, BOSSON won for 2nd place against BERCOT, 3rd. At the foot of the box, we find Jimmy PRIMAUT (Honda – Bridgestone).

RACE 2: BELLON AFFIRMS ITS STATUS WITH THE DOUBLE

As in race 1, Enzo BELLON (Honda – Bridgestone) got the best start and quickly beat Benjamin Caillet (Honda – Bridgestone) by more than 2 seconds. In 3rd position, we find Livio MIRABEL (Honda – Bridgestone), author of a very nice takeoff from the back of the third row.

As the halfway point approaches, BELLON does not lose pace and is 10 seconds ahead of MIRABEL, now 2nd. For his part, CAILLET seemed to suffer the blow and fell back in the ranking before giving up in the 9th round because of calf pain. In the process, Jimmy PRIMAUT (Honda – Bridgestone) puts the brakes on Livio MIRABEL to gain 2nd place.

After this event, no more major changes, BELLON won without trembling with almost 15 seconds ahead of PRIMAUT, 2nd, and MIRABEL reached the podium for the second time of the season. Jules BERCOT (Honda – Bridgestone) is at the bottom of the box and takes advantage of the poor performance of Evan BOXBERGER (Honda – Bridgestone), 6th, to stay alive in the title race.

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Evan BOXBERGER – 259 points
2 – Jules BERCOT – 186 points
3 – Lucas BOISSON – 151 points
4 – Swan EMPRIN – 137 points
5 – Livio MIRABEL – 131 points

SUPERSPORT 300
RACE 1: PEDEMONTE DID NOT SHAKE

From pole position, Justine PEDEMONTE (Yamaha – Pirelli) took off well and escaped from the start. The girl from Nice outdistanced a group of four boys made up in the order of D'Jefferson DELBOSC (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Kilian ROSSIGNOL (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Cyprien BABY (Yamaha – Pirelli) and Ryan CHAUVEAU (Kawasaki – Pirelli). This quartet quickly transformed into a trio, after the fall of ROSSIGNOL in the 3rd round.

In Olympic form, PEDEMONTE took advantage of the battle between his pursuers BABY, DELBOSC and CHAUVEAU to increase his lead to more than 5 seconds before halfway.

As the laps go by, the gaps also widen behind the leader, BABY isolates himself in second place while D'Jefferson DELBOSC and Ryan CHAUVEAU are joined by Oreste BAZE (Kawasaki – Pirelli), 5th.

While the battle for 3rd place enlivens the end of the race, 2 laps from the finish, multiple falls occur in the peloton. The red flag is waved and the race will not be restarted. Above the rest, PEDEMONTE therefore won its third victory of the season with the point for the best lap in the race, a very good operation in the fight for the title. Still leader, BABY also scored big points with 2nd place ahead of DELBOSC, 3rd. Cut off in their momentum by the red flag, CHAUVEAU and BAZE were content with 4th and 5th places.

RACE 2: BABY FINDS THE TASTE OF VICTORY AT THE BEST TIME

Rebelotte! Justine PEDEMONTE (Yamaha – Pirelli) gets off to a magnificent start and maintains her advantage. She is ahead of Championship leader Cyprien BABY (Yamaha – Pirelli), second. The gap is quickly widening between the leading duo and their pursuers and D'Jefferson DELBOSC (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Ryan CHAUVEAU (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Kilian ROSSIGNOL (Kawasaki – Pirelli) and Enzo SIRE (Yamaha – Pirelli) are fighting for 3rd place.

Unlike race 1, PEDEMONTE was unable to get rid of BABY who took the opportunity to brake him at the entrance to the Hotel corner on the 4th lap. Now second, the pilot of the GMT 94 collective remains in contact with the leader and is patient. After 8 laps, the gap is already more than 4 seconds with DELBOSC, 3rd, who must work to keep CHAUVEAU at his back, while SIRE and ROSSIGNOL drop their pace and are left behind.

6 laps from the finish, PEDEMONTE gives BABY his coin in exactly the same place on the circuit. The Yamaha #125 is back in the lead and seems able to escape to victory.

On the last lap, when she thinks she has done the hardest part, PEDEMONTE is slowed down by a delayed driver and sees BABY take advantage of this to regain the advantage! The young driver of Team PMR takes his first victory since Nogaro and consolidates his status as leader before the final at Circuit Paul Ricard. For PEDEMONTE it is still a 7th podium this season, allowing him to move up to 3rd place in the provisional ranking. DELBOSC, gets on the box after resisting CHAUVEAU, 4th, for 20 laps. The latter still remains runner-up to BABY in the general standings and remains ahead of PEDEMONTE by 1 point.

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Cyprien BABY – 199 points
2 – Ryan CHAUVEAU – 177 points
3 – Justine PEDEMONTE – 176 points
4 – D’Jefferson DELBOSC – 170 points
5 – Kilian ROSSIGNOL – 146 points

SIDECAR

RACE 2 SPRINT: PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT MASTERS ITS RIVAL

At the start, the poleman PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT (F600) was immediately attacked and overtaken by WYSSEN / SALMON (F600), certainly recovered after a race 1 largely controlled by crew #74. At the end of the second round, WYSSEN / SALMON sets the pace on a fresh track to try to protect itself from its opponent while VINET / PIRAT (F600), 3rd, is already relegated to more than 5 seconds.

If WYSSEN / SALMON is still in the lead after halfway, PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT remains in the lead's wheel and seems to be waiting for the right moment to attack.

It was then two laps from the finish that PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT seized its chance and took the lead for the first time in the race. Despite the resistance of WYSSEN / SALMON, it was the father and son who won for the second time this weekend and gained a little more air in the provisional ranking. WYSSEN / SALMON therefore precedes VINET / PIRAT who signs a new podium. 4th overall, PALACOEUR / CESCUTTI continues to assert its domination in F2 ahead of BERGEON / COLOMBIN (F2), 5th and GILARD /ECORCHARD (F2), 6th. These three crews therefore make up the podium in the short chassis category.

RACE 3: THE PEUGEOTS TOO STRONG

The PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT (F600) side poleman once again got an excellent start ahead of his main competitor of the weekend, WYSSEN / SALMON (F600), second. Both sides take off and relegate VINET / PIRAT (F600) to more than 10 seconds after only 3 laps. In 4th position we find the first short sidecar, that of PALACOEUR / CESCUTTI (F2), which is once again ahead of that of GILARD / ECORCHARD (F2).

This weekend, side #74 is definitely too strong. The PEUGEOTs take the lead with an 8 second lead over their main pursuer at mid-race. WYSSEN / SALMON (F600), 2nd, can only secure its second place ahead of VINET / PIRAT, 3rd. The F2 Champion, PALACOEUR / CESCUTTI, 4th, also goes it alone and seems to want to secure another victory. However, GILARD / ECORCHARD pushed hard and came back then passed side #122 to take the lead.

At the finish, PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT won its 3rd race of the weekend and collected important points before the Championship final. WYSSEN / SALMON must once again settle for second place ahead of VINET / PIRAT, 3rd. In the F2 category, GILARD / ECORCHARD, 4th overall, won ahead of PALACOEUR / CESCUTTI, 5th overall and BERGEON / COLOMBIN (F2), 6th overall.

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT (F600) – 308 points
2 – WYSSEN / SALMON (F600) – 270 points
3 – PAYNE / ROUSSEAU (F600) – 169 points
4 – LEGLISE / DRUEL (F600) – 154 points
5 – PALACOEUR / CESCUTTI (F2) – 149 points

MOTO 4 / MOTO 5

RACE 2:

Pole sitter Mattéo BERGER (BEON – Bridgestone) was surprised at the start by Gabriel PIO (BEON – Bridgestone), who took the lead. Second, the driver of the BEON #42 is now under threat from Florian FRANÇOIS (BEON – Bridgestone), 3rd. Further behind, Ethan DUFOSSE CERNEAU (Moto 4) is 4th ahead of Milan ENJORLAS (BEON – Bridgestone), 5th.

At the halfway mark, PIO is still in the lead but the pursuers are coming back strong. Matteo BERGER and Florian FRANÇOIS push their machines and catch up with the leader. The three boys stand out from the rest of the competitors with a gap of more than 15 seconds on the 11th lap over the 4th placed Ethan DUFOSSE CERNEAU who fights with Milan ENJOLRAS, 5th.

At the finish, Matteo BERGER has the last word and climbs to the highest step of the podium by 0''187 ahead of Florian FRANÇOIS, second, and Gabriel PIO, 3rd, also in the same second.

In Moto 5, Roméo MONEYRON (Fulgur – Bridgestone) won this second race ahead of Teddy QUENEHEN (Erdog – Bridgestone), second and Eliott CARVALHO (Erdog – Bridgestone).

TEMPORARY SITUATION:

1 – Gabriel PIO (Moto 4) – 257 points
2 – Mattéo BERGER (Moto 4) – 214 points
3 – Florian FRANCOIS (Moto 4) – 194,5 points

...

1 – Roméo MONEYRON (Moto 5) – 247 points
2 – Teddy QUENEHEN (Moto 5) – 237,5 points
3 – Eliott CARVALHO (Moto 5) – 181 points
