Sergio García : " Aside from the injury, I think we had a really good season and I'm really happy with how the year went. With our experience and our work in 2021 with the GasGas Aspar Team, I am sure that we will be able to give our all again next year and fight for good results as well as the championship. »

Izan Guevara : " I am really happy to spend another year with the GasGas Aspar Team. I feel really comfortable with the team, we work very well and we managed to get a victory in our first season. Next season we will continue to fight for the best results. We will be able to count on a year of learning in the world championship as well as the connection with GasGas, so we can start next season strong from the start. »

Albert Arenas : " I am very excited about this project and about continuing another year with the GasGas Aspar Team, a winning team since we were champions together. I look forward to returning to success with them. We will have a new bike and with the support of a brand like GasGas, I am really excited and motivated to try the new package. I want to have a good pre-season and, with a year of experience in Moto2, reach my full potential, fight for the best results and enjoy the races. I want to thank Jorge Martínez Aspar for this opportunity and GasGas: I am very happy to have another year in this configuration and this structure. »

Jake dixon : " It’s great to be back with Aspar and the GasGas team for 2022. Coming back to the team is like coming home and keeping familiar equipment is another plus. I'm already looking forward to what we can do next season and I can't thank the team enough for this opportunity. I hope we can do great things together. »

Jorge Aspar, Team Principal: “ The GasGas Aspar Team in the Moto2 and Moto3 categories as well as in the FIM CEV category is a big challenge for us. We are very happy to be an official team for this ambitious project created by GasGas. We have no other goal than to continue to develop and fight for the world championship, regardless of the category in which we compete. »

Pete Beirer, director of GasGas Motorsports: “ 2021 has been a very strong season for the GasGas brand and that is what we hoped and expected from a team as strong as the Aspar boys. We are confident that they can challenge for a maiden Moto3 title next year, but being able to increase GasGas' presence in Moto2 with them was a clear decision for us. We know that Albert will be more familiar with Moto2 for 2022 and that Jake is a rider who is on the verge of producing something special in this category. We hope to see a lot more 'red' on both podiums. »
