It's nothing to say that this season, the championship is open. The last three Grands Prix have been an opportunity to see so many drivers in control of the title race. The mid-season has just been announced on the Sachsenring with the observation of four changes at the head of the provisional general classification. A trend which should be confirmed at the start of the school year in August since the first four are brought together in ten points!

Besides, for places of honor, it's not bad either. By climbing onto the second step of the podium in his national Grand Prix, Jonas Folger presented himself as the tenth different driver to attend a flag ceremony after crossing the finish line.

Still, with this eighth victory at the Sachsenring after starting his eighth pole position in Germany, it's good Marc Márquez who gets a good deal before going on vacation. Here he is leader, after two scoreless scores in two Grands Prix. At the head of two victories, he is five points ahead of Casa Particular in Viñales who materialized three times and Dovizioso which has two successes and six lengths behind. Valentino Rossi, who has only won on one occasion, closes the leading square with a liability of ten units.

The top 5 is firmly held by Dani Pedrosa, to the unique victory, which is at 26 points, while the next two places go to the duo from Tech3. Johann zarco has so far collected 84 points and Jonas Folger 71.

Petrucci, only twelfth after starting from the first row in Germany, is eighth with 66 points, one better than Lorenzo who is another point ahead of Crutchlow, top 10 goalkeeper.

Next meeting in Brno. It will be from August 4!
