After winning his sixth pole position of the season, Jorge Martín seems to be the favorite for this Grand Prix. However, his opponents are very close, starting with Enea Bastianini. However, his main rivals in the Championship are only on the second, third and fourth rows on the grid, so the Spaniard could pull ahead at the start. We will also have to count on drivers like Marcos Ramírez, John Mcphee and the local Philipp Oettl who showed their potential during this weekend. The race promises to be close and it is very difficult to say who will manage to win. Departure at 11 a.m.

The sky was cloudy and the air temperature was 21 degrees when the drivers lined up on the grid. The temperature of the track has increased significantly since the Warm Up and stands at 38 degrees. You will need to pay attention to tire wear.

When the lights go out, Jorge Martín (Del Conca Gresini) maintains his position and takes the lead in the first turn, at the end of the start straight. It is followed by Marcos Ramirez (Bester Capital Dubai) and the two men opened up a slight gap on their pursuers, led by Jaume Masià (Bester Capital Dubai). In just a few turns, Marco Bezzecchi (PruestlGP) moved up from seventh to fourth place. At the start of the second lap, he was already second, and it didn't take long for him to take the lead on the next lap.

After five laps, a first group of nine drivers was formed, within which we find Marco Bezzecchi, Tony Arbolino (Marinelli Snipers Team), Jorge Martín, Jaume Masia, Fabio Di Giannantonio (Del Conca Gresini), John Mcphee (CIP – Green Power), Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0), gabriel rodrigo (RBA BOE Skull Rider) and Marcos Ramirez. The pursuing group is led by Enea Bastianini (Leopard Racing) who missed his start, he who started from the first row.

In the next round, Tatsuki suzuki (SIC58 Squadra Corse) lost the front in turn 13. Four laps later, Raul Fernández (Red Bull KTM Ajo), Darryn Binder's replacement, is pushed by Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Leopard Racing) while in eighth position. He is forced to expand and finds himself last, furious. The incident is investigated by the race management who imposes Dalla Porta to return three positions for irresponsible driving. Meanwhile, the first four drivers stand out from the others. It is Martín, Arbolino, Bezzecchi et Mcphee.

After thirteen laps, the pursuers caught up with the leaders. While Jorge Martin had been leading for several laps, he missed and found himself third. Fabio DiGiannantonio take the opportunity to take the lead, but Martín resumes command. Three rounds later, Di Giannantonio fails when braking and hits Martín. He falls and almost takes away his teammate and Championship leader. Bad luck hits once again Martin!

One turn later, Albert Arenas (Ángel Nieto Team Moto3) takes the lead of the race after moving up from eleventh place. At the same time, Nakarin Atiratphuvapat (Honda Team Asia) makes a mistake. In front, Marco Bezzecchi goes to the front.

With ten laps to go, Marco Bezzecchi leads ahead Jorge Martin, Albert Arenas et John Mcphee. Just behind we find the German Philipp Oettl (Sudmetal Schedl GP Racing) who had fallen to eighteenth place at the start of the race.

Three rounds later, Arenas fall in turn 12, imitated the next lap by bastianini, apparently pushed by the rookie Alonso lopez (Estrella Galicia 0,0) but this is not confirmed. Likewise, gabriel rodrigo (RBA BOE Skull Rider) and Ai Ogura (Asia Talent Team) are hanging on. The Argentinian falls violently on his shoulder. During this time, Jorge Martín increased his pace and was almost two seconds ahead with three laps to go. Behind, Marco Bezzecchi is threatened by John Mcphee but manages to retain second place. Martín wins for the fifth time this season and increases its lead in the Championship by five points.
