22° in the air and 27° on the track, a storm of blue skies, and no wind, these are the conditions proposed to the pilots for the 40 minutes of exercise. A deadline where it is imperative to be among the top 14 to have your entry ticket to Q2 this afternoon. Note that the track record dating from 2015 and owned by Danny Kent could be crossed out this Saturday, given the pace displayed since the start of this German Grand Prix in the category.

In 1'27.018, López signs the first reference. Canet et Sasaki follow. the latter is then passed through Ogura et Ramirez. After the first quarter of an hour, the majority of the field returned to the pits. Drive crash at turn 1. He was eighth.

Dallas Port opens the second part of the ball in 1'26.528, or 38 thousandths better than his teammate Ramirez while Fernandez joins this duo in the 1'26 zone. Lopez et fenati close the provisional top 5. Antonelli is only 26th… Canet is eighth and Arbolino 18e.

Ramirez shattered the 2015 record with his 1'26.282. We are halfway through the session. Suzuki takes second place and thus inserts himself between the two drivers of the Leopard team.

Antonelli enters the top 10 leaves Canet 12e. Arbolino climbs fourth, ahead McPhee et Öncü. Ten minutes from the goal, the protagonists return to the box to fit new tires and launch into a final assault against the clock. The Leopard duo attempts a series of concert tours. Öncü understands the maneuver and follows, with his KTM, the two men at the Honda.

The Turk's result is a time of 1'26.112, but his hare  Ramirez did better in 1'26.044 which is the new track record in Moto3. There are five minutes left. Fernandez crash at turn 12. It was the best time of Friday morning. He was 19th…

Under the checkered flag, Ramirez keep your leadership ahead Öncü, Salac, López et Sasaki. The sensation is the cancellation of the best time of Canet which therefore leaves its ninth rank. He will be 18th and will therefore have to go through Q1. He will find there Arbolino. Dallas Port ninth and Antonelli tenth avoid this pitfall.
