It is with Lorenzo Dalla Porta at the head of the championship that Moto3 presents itself in Aragón. The Leopard rider is now 22 points ahead of Aron Canet who lost big at Misano due to technical problems on his KTM. Here he is, 22 points behind. However, this duo may be worried about the rise of Tony Arbolino who appears to be the strong man of this second part of the season.
The last winner is the rider of the SIC58 Suzuki team who will not share his box with his usual teammate Antonelli. The latter fractured his left wrist in Misano and he will be replaced by Davide Pizzoli.
At the San Marino Grand Prix, Tatsuki suzuki became the 10th different winner since the opening race in Qatar. Will Aragon reveal an eleventh? Before answering this question, here is the table which summarizes the facts…

Masia on his KTM clocked a 2'00.855 at the end of the first quarter of an hour. the Hondas Ramirez, Arbolino et McPhee follow. Booth-Amos fall. He was last. Canet is 13th and we note at mid-session the presence of the youngest Öncü in ninth place.
The last quarter of an hour begins with a hierarchy thus fixed. But as expected, things pick up as the final five minutes approach. It's first Ramirez which gives the signal for the chase in 1'59.665. Canet follows and the two men are alone under the 2'00 lap mark.

Dallas Port et Ogura shoot Tatay on the border of the top 5. For two thousandths, Rodrigo takes advantage of Ramirez while the last minute is crunched.
But it is the latest winner Suzuki who has the last bike in 1'59.160 in front McPhee, Masia, Migno and an astonishing Salac. Canet is eighth, Dallas Port 13e.
