[Press release] Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS rider Franco Morbidelli was quick to get into the rhythm in Spain. Tom Lüthi, his teammate, also improved his times during the day's two practice sessions.


This first day on the Motorland circuit in Aragon took place under overcast skies but with a temperature of over thirty degrees.

Morbidelli took advantage of FP1 to take the measure of his Honda RC213V over the five kilometers of the Spanish track. Twenty-second time this morning, the Italian gained 1.7 seconds in FP2 to finish the day in eleventh position with a time of 1'48.654.

For Lüthi, this first day also took on the air of learning. Twentieth in FP1, the Swiss took advantage of his laps on the track to prepare for Sunday's 23 laps of racing.

FP3 will take place tomorrow morning at 9:55 a.m., FP4 at 13:30 p.m. The qualifying session will begin at 14:10 p.m.
