After his unfortunate accident on the last lap of the Japanese Grand Prix last Sunday, Bo Bendsneyder is still at Okubo Hospital in Tokyo.

There he is receiving the best possible treatment for his fractured left tibia so that he can return home at short notice to be able to recover and return to competition soon.

The entire Tech3 Racing team wishes Bo a speedy recovery.

For the Australian Grand Prix, the French team was able to hire Bryan Staring to take the handlebars of the Dutch rookie's Mistral 610. The Australian arrives with extensive experience in the 125cc World Championship, MotoGP, World Supersport, World Superbike and FIM Superstock 1000 Championship. Currently, the 31-year-old rider competes in the Australian Superbike series and is looking forward to trying a Moto2 machine for the first time.

Bryan Staring : “I'm really excited to come and ride in Moto2, the first time for me in this category. In fact, it's a great honor to be able to participate in the Australian Grand Prix, which is my home GP. A big thank you to Hervé Poncharal for giving me the opportunity to ride this special bike and also to Kawasaki Australia for allowing me to do this event. I really have no expectations, but a lot of impatience. I can't wait to get on the bike and enjoy the weekend! »
