Jack Miller can be happy with his return weekend in the Czech Republic. Pilot Alma Pramac thus climbed onto the third step of the podium at the end of a race where he was in the running from the start. He never let go and was able to deal the fatal blow, at the opportune moment, on the Suzuki official Álex Rins, who helpless, could only see “Jack Dios” fly towards the podium.

After qualifying on both dry and wet tracks, the Australian, riding the Ducati, managed to qualify second on the starting grid. A boon for those who made the effort from the start of the race and quickly found themselves battling at the forefront with Marc Marquez, Andrea Dovizioso et Alex Rins. Very quickly, the Márquez – Dovizioso duo took off, “ Jack Dios » then having in his line of sight, Alex Rins, the Suzuki official.

Jack Miller: “ I quickly saw that Álex was having trouble with his rear tire, so I waited patiently behind and watched him. There were still 5 laps to go and I noticed that he was at the limit because he was slipping so much. In a straight line, I easily came back on him, so I took advantage of it. I'm happy with the result because I fought to get it. This gives me confidence for the restart and for the nine races still to come.".

The rookie's teammate Francis Bagnaia still confides that he too “was at the limit with his rear tire », but in the end “it happened » he explains happily. There was indeed a God in Brno, above the head of “Jack Dios”!

Currently, Jack Miller is ranked seventh in the championship and remains at the top of the independent driver standings.

With such success this weekend, there is no doubt that this could accelerate the signing of the renewal of his contract with Alma Pramac for the 2020 season.
