The Repsol Honda driver arrives at the Brno Grand Prix rested and motivated in order to start the second part of the season in the best possible way and thus forget the first part, complicated and disappointing.

After two weeks of summer break, Dani Pedrosa arrives motivated on the Czech route. Even though his season has far from gone as he would have liked so far, he is ready to turn things around and the Brno circuit seems perfect for that.

Indeed, the Spanish driver really appreciates this track and has achieved very good results there in the past. He thus has a total of four victories (one in 125cc in 2003, one in 250cc in 2005 and two in MotoGP in 2012 and 2014) as well as seven podiums (one in 125cc in 2002, one in 250cc in 2004 and five in MotoGP in 2006, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2017) and two pole positions. Note that he was on the second step of the podium last year, just behind his teammate, which bodes well for this year.

Dani Pedrosa, in any case, wants to believe in it, even if he knows that there is still work to do to hope to return to the front: “We had a few days off. It wasn't a real summer break but it was good nonetheless. Now we're going to Brno, which is one of my favorite tracks on the calendar, so we're hoping to be a little quicker there. To do this, we need to improve the feeling with the bike and its settings, because we have been experiencing some problems for a while. We mainly need to improve in the corners, because currently I can't turn the bike fast enough, especially in the middle and out of corners. »
