With 3 drivers in the same tenth of a second during qualifying and 7, including the 2 leaders of the world championship, in less than 2 tenths, it is very clever who could give the result of this afternoon's race, especially that our national Fabio Quartararo is only 2 tenths behind poleman Lorenzo Baldassarri…
Perhaps this 20-minute Warm Up which will take place at a temperature of 30 degrees in the air and 41 degrees on the track will provide part of the answer. Or maybe not!
In the championship, Francis Bagnaia precede Miguel Oliveira of 19 points.

A few moments after the opening of the track, Miguel Oliveira (KTM, Red Bull KTM Ajo) recorded a first provisional reference in 1'37.259 but this is gradually undermined by Augusto Fernandez (Kalex, Pons HP 40) and Joan mir (Kalex, EG 0,0 Marc VDS) throughout the first laps before the Portuguese driver regained his position in 1'36.649.
At mid-session, the 3 men are at the top of the rankings with Alex Marquez (Kalex, EG 0,0 Marc VDS) while the pole sitter Lorenzo Baldassarri (Kalex, Pons HP 40) is in 9th position just ahead Fabio Quartararo (Speed Up, Beta Tools – Speed Up Racing).
During the 2nd part of the session, we did not note any significant improvement, except perhaps that of Francesco Bagnaia which ultimately rose to a very modest 18th position.
