It was inevitable, since after the incident between Marc Márquez and Jorge Lorenzo during the first corner of the Aragon Grand Prix, the Mallorcan driver never stopped blaming the responsibility for his fall, and his consequences, to his future teammate at Honda.

The Ducati rider declared again this morning in Buriram: “now, cold, I still think the same thing. I think it was avoidable. This was irresponsible and reckless braking on Marc's part. I pay for it and it's hard. I can't train or be 100% in many ways. There’s no point dwelling on the past.”

Marc Marquez was therefore asked during the pre-event press conference for the Thai Grand Prix to find out his point of view:

Marc Márquez : “I already called him and spoke with him on Monday to find out his physical condition because I care about my future teammate. But other than that, he has his opinion and I have mine. I mean I didn't do anything that was otherworldly and it was just the first corner of a race. I don’t want to waste any more time talking about this.”

But Jorge stands his ground and says that you are driving irresponsibly and recklessly. Could this be a problem when you're teammates next year?

“(Laughs) no, I spoke with him and he didn’t say the same thing. So I paid more attention to what was said on the phone, and that was OK.”
