Here we are at the end of the Moto3 season. A finale which will be watered, literally, since it Valencia Grand Prix will be placed under the sign of rain. The last six meetings on the Ricardo Tormo track have been won by six different drivers: Danny Kent (2012), Maverick Vinales (2013) Jack Miller (2014), Miguel Oliveira (2015), Brad Binder (2016) and Jorge Martín last year make up the list. But only the now World Champion made it happen from the top position. Arbolino will he be the second?

Incidentally, with its achievement in Sepang, George Martin became the fourth Spanish rider to be crowned in Moto3. It thus joins Maverick Vinales (2013) et Alex Marquez (2014) as well as Joan mir (2017). The same Gresini driver has achieved seven victories this season. It is therefore at the level of louis salom (2013) and Brad Binder (2016)
Finally, the curiosity of this event will be the young Turkish beginner Can Öncü. The Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup winner enters the international scene at the age of 15 years and 115 days.
14° in the air as well as on the wet track, these are the conditions offered to the drivers for the next 23 laps. It's raining, but it's not a flood...

The pack sets off under the command of Arbolino followed by Bezzecchi which has Oncu. Canet, Suzuki et Dallas Port hang on at turn 4 and Lopez fall at turn 6. Arbolino leads ahead Bezzecchi, Oncu et McPhee.

Foggia falls at turn 4. Which gives us five retirements in one lap. Lopez who had started again falls again... Darryn binder falls at turn 4 whileOncu, his teammate, gets a big scare. For Bezzecchi, on the other hand, it is the fall at turn 4. His chances of being vice-champion dwindle as much as those of By Giannantonio just increased...
disaster for @ Marco12_B 💢😖

These adventures give us a Oncu second and able to become the youngest driver to have ever won a Grand Prix... But for that, we will have to look for Arbolino who is just over two seconds ahead… Fernandez falls at turn 6. Tuff does the same at turn 10.
After 5 rounds, Arbolino, Oncu et McPhee make up the top three. By Giannantonio is fourth in front Martin, Arenas et Cornfeel. But Arenas fall at turn 4. It's a massacre... So much so that Aki Ajo asks his nugget Oncu to calm down and settle for second place. And for good reason, in front, Arbolino signs the best lap in the race…
By Giannantonio et Martin spend McPhee. the Gresini duo is dueling for the last step of the podium. Ikmal fall at turn 4. Ahead, Arbolino keeps in respect Oncu for 2.5s, but the young Turk is on a pace which means he won't give up... Bezzecchi who started again enters the points by finishing fourteenth. But he must go up five points By Giannantonio to finish runner-up to Martin.
Halfway through the race, the leader Arbolino fall at turn 8. There you go Oncu Grand Prix leader at 15 years and 115 days. The precocity record of Scott Redding can be beaten!

Bezzecchi once again makes a mistake. At turn 12. Mass is said for the Italian who will not be vice-world champion. He nevertheless leaves, but with a fairing rubbing the track... Cornfeel falls at turn 12. Bad times for the Prüstel team!
Nightmare for the @pruestelgp boys as both go down in the same turn! 💢#ValenciaGP 🇪🇸 pic.twitter.com/8mjsGVnEWe

During time, Oncu, strong as a Turk, writes history…
That means Oncu now leads! ✊

By Giannantonio et Martin complete the provisional podium and are eight seconds behind the Turkish leader. Bezzecchi enters the box to settle the account. With 7 laps to go, By Giannantonio makes a small mistake which benefits Martin. The Italian weakens and McPhee passes him for third place. But fourth position is enough for him to get ahead Bezzecchi four points in the championship... And secure the double for the Gresini team this season in the category.
In passing, a Oncu can hide another… Here is the younger brother who is no more clumsy behind a handlebar…

Perez fall at turn 3, and the Turkish leader almost attempted it on his final lap... But the feat was accomplished. Oncu crosses the finishing line of the Valencia Grand Prix as the big winner. Martin gets on his last podium in Moto3 and is followed by McPhee. By Giannantonio, fourth, is vice-world champion.
