Friday of Valencia Grand Prix had been marked by persistent rain. On a Ricardo Tormo route that is made delicate, the outsiders gave it their all. And for this Saturday, second day of the last meeting of the season? The favorites will have to get wet this morning because the qualifications are for this afternoon. Wet literally and figuratively? Eyes are turned to the sky for this final free practice session. Temperature-wise, it will be 13° in the stands and 12° on the track… Humid. But it's not raining anymore. The sun even manages to peek through the clouds!

Before getting started, here is the table which summarizes the situation…

Conditions which promise to see a track going towards the dryer. You will therefore have to look for the most welcoming line and perhaps give it a try, at the end of the game with a slick tire. Unlike the day before, George Martin is this time with its leather. So he will go into battle! Oettl is the first to enter the arena for the 40 minutes of the exercise.

Bezzecchi suffered a crash at turn 14, but he managed to get going again. For his part, Alonso lopez, in 1'51.405, establishes the first reference. And thus shows that his leadership on Friday was not an accident. Fernandez gets a scare at the same turn 14. He is second. Then third at the moment Jorge Martin slams a 1'51.197.

Alonso lopez fall at turn 4. The leading men therefore spare no effort... The proof...

The first quarter of an hour passes with a Fernandez leader in 1'50.227. bastianini follows, as Martin et Dallas Port. Arbolino closes the top 5 and the young Oncu eighth point.

Antonelli fits into the leading trio and Bezzecchi settles seventh, then fourth and second. Dallas Port also progressed, up to third place. But Fernandez is a leading balance with three tenths ahead of the pursuers who are held to the nearest thousandth. such is the look at half-time.

Bezzecchi leads the hunt for Fernandez and comes within a tenth of its target. It's a duel between two KTMs. Suzuki also rings the charge and grabs the third time. He wants to do better the next lap but falls at turn 8. Oncu falls at turn 14. He was sixteenth. George Martin has already changed and is enjoying the show in front of the TV in his box! He is eighth.

The last five minutes began with a Bezzecchi who takes orders Fernandez for almost two tenths. Sasaki fall at turn 6 and Rodrigo falls at turn 14. Bezzecchi doesn't care and continues his effort which takes him past the 1'50 per lap mark. Here he is in 1'49.677.

Arbolino is second with his Honda. Darryn binder crash at turn 12. He was 24th. Migno falls at turn 8. We leave it there with a bastianini which also follows Bezzecchi in the 1'49 zone. All these beautiful people will meet up after the lunch break to conquer pole position!
