This morning, unsurprisingly, the Championship leaders were at the forefront: Jorge Martín finished ahead of Marco Bezzecchi, then Arón Canet and Enea Bastianini finished fourth and fifth. Only Fabio Di Giannantonio started slowly, finishing in fourteenth place.
After a fairly calm FP1 and with the expected results, let's see what FP2 will give. Start of hostilities at 13:10 p.m.

The outside temperature increased very little, going from 21 degrees this morning to 24 degrees this afternoon. On the other hand, the track heated up well and went from 25 to 41 degrees. What's more, it's very beautiful, something quite rare in Assen.
Like this morning, Jorge Martin (Del Conca Gresini) sets the reference time in 1'44.065. He was quickly dethroned by Marco Bezzecchi (PruestlGP). After ten minutes, the Italian still leads in 1'42.965 ahead Jorge Martín, Tatsuki suzuki (SIC58 Squadra Corsica), Arón Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0) and Fabio Di Giannantonio (Del Conca Gresini).
At mid-session, the first five places are unchanged. Behind, we find Gabriel Rodrigo (RBA BOE Skull Rider), the rookie Jaume Masià (Bester Capital Dubai), John Mcphee (CIP – Green Power), Nakarin Atiratphuvapat (Honda Team Asia) and Darryn binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo).
Two minutes from the end, Jorge Martín suffers a serious fall. If he moves, he remains lying on his side and is evacuated on a stretcher. He appears to be injured, and is filmed moments later speaking with the commissioners, still lying on the stretcher. However, no information is communicated.*
