Jorge Martín's domination was total during the first day of testing. If his opponents Arón Canet and Fabio Di Giannantonio came dangerously close, neither was really able to overtake him. Other drivers also stood out, notably Italians, who are keen to shine for their home Grand Prix, such as Niccolò Antonelli and Andrea Migno.
The Moto3 field will set off at 9 a.m. for the last free practice session, and this will be essential in order to get everything ready for qualifying this afternoon.

It's a little cool when the drivers set off. It is in fact 17 degrees in the air and 24 degrees on the track. Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0) is the first to set a reference time of 1'59.106. For his part, Jorge Martín (Del Conca Gresini) takes his time and comes out almost five minutes after the start of the session to come and set the third time.

After ten minutes, Niccolo Antonelli (SIC58 Squadra Corse) took the lead. The Italian doesn't seem to be too upset about his big high side yesterday. He is ahead Tony Arbolino (Marinelli Snipers Team), the rookie Dennis Foggia (Sky Racing Team VR46), Adam Norrodin (Petronas Sprinta Racing) and Aron Canet.

Mid-session, Marco Bezzecchi (PruestlGP) suffered a small fall in turn 15. Meanwhile, Aron Canet regained control in 1'57.735, ahead of an almost exclusively Italian top 10! In fact, we find Niccolo Antonelli, Adam Norrodin, Fabio Di Giannantonio (Del Conca Gresini), Andrea Migno (Angel Nieto Team Moto3), Tony Arbolino, Enea Bastianini (Leopard Racing), Dennis Foggia, Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Leopard Racing) and Nicholas Bulega (Sky Racing Team VR46) in the first ten places. It's been a long time since Bulega had been in such a good position.

Ten minutes before the end, the Japanese pilots Kaito Toba (Honda Team Asia) and Ayumu Sasaki (Petronas Sprinta Racing) crash together, apparently following a collision. If the first gets up, limping, the second, conscious, is evacuated on a stretcher. He is filmed a little later in his box, which is reassuring. During this time, Canet always leads, ahead By Giannantonio, Antonelli, Martín et Norrodin.

In the last two minutes, Andrea Migno seizes first place, before being dethroned by Marco Bezzecchi, but it was without counting on Jorge Martín which brings everyone to the checkered flag, for only thirty thousandths.
