The summer break of the Grand Prix season is here, and one might think that we are putting away our tools, near Bormes-les-Mimosas, at least to enjoy the beach so close...

Yes but no ! When passion has you, it doesn't let go so easily, and two of Tech3 Racing's mechanics preferred to sweat under leather than on a bath towel.

Associated with three other drivers, Julien Rebaudengo and Enzo Lencina will therefore compete in the 23:60 ASCOP Moto (24-hour endurance race on the International Karting circuit of Le Mans) under the colors of Team Dream 24 on July 15 and 16.

This endurance event is so called because the name “24 Heures du M…” is a registered trademark.

49 motorcycles, 30 minutes of relay, 23 hours and 60 minutes of racing: the 5 riders will have to do relays every 30 minutes for a major challenge, namely crossing the finish line on Sunday July 16 at 14:00 p.m., after 24 hours of racing.

The bike, a Yamaha 125 TZR prepared for the track and bearing the number 96, will defend its place in -25hp (the more powerful of the two categories).

We wish good luck to this crew for whom the weekends follow one another… and are the same!

If you are in the area, do not hesitate to go there, entry is free.
