Honda has a lot of ideas for creating offbeat advertisements and is creating an original song for its Brazilian arm branch which transforms its motorcycles into an orchestra, as if to highlight the diversity of its range.

Honda Brasil created an ad featuring a symphony of Honda motorcycles on a rooftop in São Paulo. A salesperson can tell you why they want you to buy their motorcycles, but Honda decided the best solution was to let the motorcycles speak – or sing – for themselves.

Naturally, this required a lot of work behind the scenes to realize the concept and make something beautiful. Audio production company Hefty, founded by Edu Luke, had what was perhaps the most crucial task of all: making the engine music come together.

“To come up with the song, we had to analyze the musical notes generated by the rotation of each motor,” said Edu Luke Drum Magazine. “So, we mapped the timbres of the different displacements of the Honda range, understanding the exact point of acceleration so that we could compose the arrangement and conduct the symphony of the motorcycles. »

So, every vehicle in the Honda range, from the Goldwing to the Fireblade, including the X-ADV and the PCX scooter, gets involved on the roof of a skyscraper with their own violins, trumpets and rhythm-hungry triangles , organized by a DJ for a rising tune called “The Motor Song” with the sun emerging against the backdrop of the Brazilian city.
