He was taken from us at the bend of a crossroads, a banal but terrible road accident, a day like any other, mowed down in full effort on a route swallowed by bike. While on tracks around the world, he defied speed and the law of gravity, without ever regretting a serious injury. Life is like that and it left a Kid from Kentucky who we miss terribly. This morning, the people of the Grands Prix paid him a final tribute.
