Happy men have no history. So Jorge Lorenzo doesn't have one!
His press release is therefore very brief.

Jorge Lorenzo: “My first feeling is positive. We started this first day with some problems and a different feeling than the last two races but, little by little, we solved all these problems by adjusting the electronics, the settings and everything else. We now have good tuning and can continue working to improve the small details. First this morning and first this afternoon is, I think, a good start to the weekend. »

Massimo Meregalli: “It’s clearly a good start to the weekend. This morning we suffered from a lack of rear grip and too much wheelie, but we were able to improve in both areas during the day, trying different settings in both sessions and with our two pilots. We were also able to try almost every type of tire in preparation for Sunday's race. The drivers completed a good number of laps with all tire configurations.
Jorge really wanted to put in a fast lap at the end of the second session and put in an impressive 1'39.555 with a pair of new tires.
Valentino was more focused on improving his settings. He kept the same set of tires throughout the session and maintained a good pace until the end.
As usual, we will continue to work and hope to make further progress tomorrow in two areas. »
