Back from Japan where he was able to try the Suzuki GSX-RR, Johann Zarco returned to training on the Alès circuit aboard his Yamaha R6.

We should not necessarily see this as a symbol since it was already on the handlebars of this machine with its highly prepared chassis that the French driver had beaten, in 1'14.679, the record for the Alès circuit until then held by Bradley Smith.

Bringing out this bike again, as he did today, nevertheless allows both train without counting these tests from the 10 days authorized with a Moto2, while being in the “Yamaha” fold...
