Yesterday, Jorge Lorenzo announced the release of a whole series of Emojis bearing his image. You can buy the whole thing for 0,99 euros. But what are Emojis?

We are certainly not going to publish a thesis on this thrilling subject, the flagship of modern communication, but rather refer to the definition of Wikipedia to try to understand the difference with Smileys and other emoticons…

Wikipedia:  » Emoji (Japanese: 絵 文字 ou えもじ, pronounced [emodʑi], or emoji in English is the Japanese term for emoticons used in Japanese e-mail messages and web pages, which are now spreading around the world. Originally meaning pictogram, the word emoji literally means “image” (e) + “letter” (moji). These characters are used in the same way as ASCII emoticons, but more are defined, and the icons are standardized and integrated into devices. Some emoji are very specific to Japanese culture, such as a man bowing down to apologize, a face wearing a surgical mask, a white flower signifying “brilliant school work” or a group of emoji representing typical food: ramen noodles, dango, onigiri, Japanese curry, sushi. “

Okay, so now we're a little smarter and this allows us to take a humorous look at the meaning of the following Emojis.
