The final round was due to take place in Valencia before devastating floods hit the region, but the Circuito do Estoril will host the final round of the 2024 FIM JuniorGP™ World Championship.
The venue and dates for the final round of the 2024 FIM JuniorGP™ World Championship can now be confirmed. The Circuito do Estoril in Portugal will now host the season finale from 25-27 November, having previously hosted the second round.
Following a Sunday set-up, practice sessions will take place on Monday, practice and qualifying on Tuesday and the races on Wednesday 27 November. The JuniorGP™ class itself will have two races, and the Moto2™ European Championship, European Talent Cup and European Stock Championship will all have a final race of the season, as previously planned.
JuniorGP™ continues to echo the message of support sent by MotoGP™ and stands alongside the Valencian Community.
Regarding competitions, we remind you that le FIM JuniorGP World Championship ™ celebrated its first Champion in the person of the young Carlos Cano (SeventyTwo Artbox Racing Team), aged 14, who, with his sixth victory in the last eight races, took the crown of theEuropean Talent Cup one race from the end.
En Moto2 European Championship™, Roberto Garcia (Fantic Cardoso Racing) is coming off a win in Aragon and is just 7 points off the crown.
Finally, in category JuniorGP™, where MotoGP will recruit most of its Moto3 riders, is Alvaro Carpe (STV Laglisse Racing) who leads the way, with a 43-point lead over Jesus Rios (MRE Talent) and Maximo Quiles (Team Estrella Galicia 0,0), the protégé of Marc Marquez.
