The video went around the world : while trying to escape the fans who were chasing him, Valentino Rossi was accused of having kicked a person who was taking a selfie in the middle of the paddock aisle.

The Court of Instruction No. 3 of Requena ordered the provisional dismissal of the case initiated against Valentino Ross by the plaintiff, the latter having not specifically specified the injuries she allegedly suffered. According to the Superior Court of Valencia, the complainant simply mentioned in her letter the pilot's “bad manners”, without specifying their exact nature.

The complaint was received by the Court of Instruction No. 19 of Valencia, on duty at the time of the facts, which referred the case to the dean of the courts of Valencia. The case was then transmitted to the Court of Instruction number 12 which, in turn, forwarded it to the Court of Requena, judicial district which corresponds to where the incident occurred.

In short, a lot of energy and money for not much, because of someone who either just wanted to teach the Italian champion a lesson despite the latter's excuses, or hoped to benefit financially from this incident.

We're turning the page (well, we hope so)!
