It's official since last week, all Grand Prix drivers are on summer break until the first weekend of August when they will meet on the Brno circuit!

Does this mean that we too will close the site and go to the beach to enjoy a well-deserved rest?
Obviously, no, since although the races will gradually become rarer over the next two weeks, the news will be far from being at a standstill.

Let us judge by this simple first week of “vacation” where both private KTM MotoGP tests took place on the Brno circuit with Mika Kallio et Dani Pedrosa from July 9 to 11, the round of Superbike at Laguna Seca and the championship FIM CEV in Aragon...

The festivities will continue in Misano from July 16 to 17 for private MotoGP tests bringing together Ducati with Michele Pirro, Honda with Stefan Bradl and Aprilia with Bradley Smith.

Substantially at the same time, from July 17 to 18, Sylvain Guintoli will begin its trip to Japan, first for a private test of the GSX-RR Grand Prix, then of course for the 8 hours from Suzuka which will take place on July 28 after trials starting on the 24th of the same month.

But before that, Dani Pedrosa will return to the Red Bull Ring for KTM private tests on July 22-23.
