The livery of the MV Agusta is rather pleasant, even if it did not allow the two Italian drivers to progress to Q2.
Perhaps a flashing light would allow them to make a nice comeback from 20th and 22nd positions…
Milena Koerner, team manager: “ It was a little more complicated than expected. We will start from the 7th and 8th row of the starting grid for our home race. Our two drivers must therefore fight to come back, but we remain positive. During all the weekend sessions, we always improve a little more. Unfortunately, there is a sector on the track, the third, where we suffer because of the acceleration. This morning there was also a bit of wind: As we know our bike is sensitive, everyone was close to each other on the clock, so we paid because of that. During the qualifying session, Stefano was not comfortable with the tires and he only found better grip towards the end. We will give our best and we are convinced that both drivers can reach the points. »
