Alex Rins took his second victory of the season at Le Mans. A success synonymous with taking power in the championship since Sam Lowes is only sixth while it is much worse for Johann Zarco who fell. Pole sitter Lüthi climbs onto the podium like Corsi.
We expected a demonstration of Tom Luthi and we were treated to a unfolding of Kidneys. The Spaniard first followed the Swiss, before annoying him and bringing him into line. The Garage Plus Interwetten driver was then slowed by shifter and tire problems before getting back into a decent pace and fighting for third place against a Baldassari which will eventually fall.
It is also the fall that a Johann zarco left timidly. Isolated in eighth place with Sam Lowes in focus, the Frenchman made a mistake. He will leave, of course, but to finish penultimate and with the regret of losing big points in the title race. Since we are talking about falls, we will note the fourth of the weekend of Folger and the fourth in five racesAlex Marquez.
Second place goes to a Courses which shows that the SpeedUp is still fast. The other non-Kalex motorcycle in the field, the Mistral 610, scores fifteenth place with Virginie. In the general ranking, Kidneys takes off with a five-point lead over Lowes but above all thirty-one out of zarco.
