Valentino Rossi was very active this weekend in Misano. The rider from Tavullia, the Italian town where his famous Ranch is located, and which is not far from the track that hosted the MotoGP this weekend, was there to support the VR46 Riders Academy riders. While they did shine in Qualifying, taking the first three positions on the starting grid, they did not find success in the weekend's races. The Sprint was won by Jorge Martin, while the Main Race saw Marc Marquez take first place. Pecco Bagnaia was however second in each event, and the Doctor did not fail to encourage his riders, wherever he could, from the pit lane to the edges of the circuit.
