Second fastest in qualifying behind Brad Binder, Enea Bastianini was the fastest in the warm up in 1'42.6, compared to 1'42.3 the day before for the South African's pole position. He occupied third place this Sunday morning behind Jorge Navarro, while Fabio Quartararo was eleventh at 1.13 and Jules Danilo fourteenth at 1.18.
It had rained lightly during the night, but the track was dry for the 20 minutes of warm-up, with a temperature of 23° for the air and 25° for the asphalt. Nicolo Bulega made his exit lap from the stands, greeting the yellow t-shirts already numerous at this early hour in the stands, very happy with his presence on the front line. The Mahindra of Stefano manzi, test driver of the Asian manufacturer, was decorated in the colors of the Indian flag to celebrate the 100e Mahindra Grand Prix start.
