There are six Grands Prix remaining and with a 50-point lead in the championship, we could say that Marc Márquez has done the hardest part. Who to deprive him of a third MotoGP crown that he sees? Probably himself. In Great Britain, his risk-taking was certain and he did well. A lesson to ponder? Even! For Misano, this weekend, he clearly shows his ambition: the podium.

Chase away the natural and it comes galloping back. The wise Márquez resigned to places of honor will not have lasted long. At Silverstone, he played on the attack, he fell in practice, he did not spare himself in the race until he made a mistake and finished just off the podium. A lesser evil and only three points to let go. But not really expected behavior from a driver having to champ at the bit to better manage his championship.

So much the better for the show and the panache. But to come into direct contact with his rivals who have less to lose than him in the event of an incident, the risk is certain. The fact remains that MM93 has only missed the flag ceremony three times this season: in France, Austria and Great Britain. Three times too many for the teammate Pedrosa !

This weekend it will be Misano and the San Marino Grand Prix. A terrain appreciated by the Honda official who won the race last year and who found success there both in 125cc and in Moto2 or MotoGP: “ all things considered, the result brought back from England was positive despite a poor choice of front tire. We only dropped three points in the championship. Now it's Misano which presents itself, a very different track from Silverstone. It is more tortured and slower. My ambition is to reach the podium. For that we will have to work hard throughout the meeting. I also hope that the weather will be good in Italy, which will allow us to optimize each session ».
