And one less Grand Prix and one more! Qatar only benefited Moto2 and Moto3, the meetings of Thailand and Austin were postponed, the Italians are stuck at home and now it is Argentina which is reviewing its date at calendar. The MotoGP season is not yet ready to start and we now hope to see the bikes on the Jerez track in May...

We feared it with the beginnings of a world championship MXGP postponed. It's official this time: the Gran Premio Motul de la Republica Argentina is postponed. It will be for the month of November. The cause: the ongoing coronavirus epidemic of course.

The FIM, IRTA and Dorna Sports regret to announce the postponement of the Gran Premio Motul de la Republica Argentina, which was to take place from April 17 to 19. Due to the epidemic of coronavirus, the event has been postponed to a later date in the season and will now take place November 20-22.

The Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana will therefore now be held from 27th and the 29th of November.

The Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas retains its new date of 13th and the 15th of November, a week before the Gran Premio Motul de la Republica Argentina, which was postponed.

Following these calendar changes, the 2020 MotoGP class season will now begin with the Gran Premio Red Bull de España at the Circuito de Jerez–Ángel Nieto from 1st to May 3, 2020.

The dates for the Moto2 and Moto3 tests in Valencia and the MotoGP test in Jerez at the end of the year will be decided once the current season gets underway.
