If Brad Binder killed the suspense in Aragon regarding the 2016 title, it has now shifted to the fight for second place between Jorge Navarro and Enea Bastianini, the Spanish driver having only 4 points ahead of the Italian policeman after his victory in Aragon. Joan Mir, leading the Rookies, also still has a chance, 22 points further.

As expected, the first day was not able to decide between the two main protagonists for the title of vice-champion since if NAVARRO was 3 tenths faster than bastianini in the morning, the latter was half a second faster than the Spanish driver in the afternoon.

We will also monitor Brad Binder which, although no longer under any pressure, fell twice yesterday.

The first sessions of the 2015 Japanese Grand Prix took place with good weather conditions and this is the case again today, with 18° in the air and 21° on the track, which will allow us to compare the times achieved.

Si Enea Bastianini is one of the rare drivers not to have improved his time in FP2, he seems able to make up for the time lost this morning and immediately sets a strong pace, in 1'57.809, while Aron canet et Maria Herrera fall without gravity at turns #10 and 4 respectively.

The Italian driver precedes Jorge Navarro by a tenth, but is overtaken by Brad Binder shortly before the end of a first run in which we note the 12th place of Jules Danilo and the 14th of Fabio Quartararo.

On resumption, it is Nicholas Bulega which, like yesterday morning, takes charge of operations in 1'57.486.

At this moment, we note the 2nd provisional position of Tatsuki suzuki, the driver of the CIP-Unicom Starker team seeming overmotivated by his home race and enjoying the wake of Bulega!

Bastianini regained the advantage in 1'57.194 before falling at turn #7. No injury for the rider, but the bike is damaged and the session ends there for the Gresini rider.

Livio Law, very incisive this weekend, is positioned 3rd while fabio quartararo moved back to 7th place at the end of the second run.

At the restart, the French driver temporarily moved up to 5th position but it was Andrea Migno who surprised everyone by taking the lead, in 1'57.091, a time immediately improved by Fabio Quartararo then Jorge Navarro in 1'56.894.

Juanfran Guevara, Shizuka Okazaki and Tatsuki Suzuki make a mistake without bodily harm.

At the last second, Brad Binder recorded a very fast 1'56.651, to the great despair of all the other drivers...
