We don't hang out at Honda. While Pedrosa heads to Spain with a broken collarbone putting an end to his Japanese Grand Prix, the Japanese Aoyama prepares his leather to replace him at short notice.

Here is a new Japanese entered in MotoGP for this edition at Motegi. After It lit up at Yamaha, it is Aoyama who arrives within the HRC to replace the unfortunate Pedrosa injured in a violent fall at turn 11 during the second free practice session.

Pedrosa wished the best for his replacement who wished him a rapid convalescence. He will wear the number 73 which was that of his first year in 250cc. The 7 is in fact already taken by the Australian Mike Jones engaged on the Ducati Avintia left by a Barbera which itself replaces Iannone within the official Ducati team.
