The transfer market in the Moto3 World Championship is in full swing before the Asian tour, with its usual game of all-out negotiations, but Alain Bronec, owner and team manager of the French team CIP–Green Power will be able to go to Thailand reassured about to the composition of its structure in 2020.

Always equipped with KTM, it will rely above all on the talent and enthusiasm of Darryn Binder. The South African is only 20th in the championship but has already demonstrated his racing talent, with a number of impressive comebacks which, for example, earned him a 2nd place in Argentina. Author of anthology braking and sometimes controversial overtaking in racing, Brad's brother will mainly have to improve during testing next season, but, slightly handicapped by his size, this will depend above all on the level of the KTM compared to the Honda …

At his side will be the Austrian Maximilian Kofler replacing the British transparent Tom Booth-Amos. The young 19-year-old rider, from the Junior Moto3 World Championship, is the first Austrian rider to enter the World Championship in 10 years. It is part of the French team's approach, which is to unearth young talents to train them at a high level. KTM has also decided to bet on Maximilian, by providing him with technical support next season, within the CIP–Green Power team, for whom this partner is a strong ally.

Three years have passed since Maximilian decided to leave Supermotard aside to concentrate on speed. Thus, he participated in the Northern European Cup in 2016, then in the European Talent Cup in 2017 where he finished 8rd Championship place. It was in 2018 that he took his first steps in the Junior Moto3 World Championship. Currently he ranks 11rd of this same Championship, and also shone last weekend at Mugello, with his victory in the Italian Speed ​​Championship in the Moto3 category. His young career already includes 4 wildcards in the Moto3 World Championship, in Austria and England.
