Since this morning, hostilities have been launched live from the Aragon track where Sam Lowes took possession of the scene by grabbing the best time of the session in 1.53.391s, far from the track record (1.52.225s) held by Alex Marquez since 2019. The fault is a cold track this morning which was barely around 13°. This afternoon, the driving conditions should be better, with clear sunshine expected, enough to allow the Moto2 riders to pick up the times and already secure a place in Q2.

It is Luca marini who currently leads the Championship with 150 points in his bag. Enea Bastianini (135 points), Marco Bezzecchi (130 points) and Sam Lowes (128 points) are also serious contenders for the world crown. A championship that is still open and could still hold many surprises...

For the moment, a reminder of the facts...
