Sam Lowes will start from pole position for the Aragon Grand Prix in the Moto2 category, 13th stage of the 2021 World Championship. But before that, he will warm up in a Warm Up which will also be the last opportunity to optimize his abilities before the big competition…
The Marc VDS team driver set the best lap with a time of 1'51.778, a time which allowed him to beat the championship leader Remy gardner of 0.279s. Third beat for Raul fernandez (KTM Ajo), followed by Hector Garzo out of Q1, and Ai Ogura (Honda team Asia).
The sixth beat is for Albert Arenas (Aspar) in front Jorge Navarro (Speed Up) and the two Italians Fabio DiGiannantonio (Gresini) and Marco Bezzecchi (Sky Racing Team VR46). Marcos Ramirez (American Racing) completes the top ten.

NAVARRO very confidently takes control in 1.53.366s. In his wake, Lowes also improves in 1.53.544s, Canet, Virginie and A.Fernandez close the market of this provisional top5.
The British regained his advantage by setting a lap time of 1.53.248s. However, he was pipped on the post by Bezzecchi who took the lead in 1.53.122s.
Bezzecchi is finally beaten in turn by A. Fernandez who set the best time of this session in 1.52.880s.
