It is now considered an open secret: Brad Bider will, in 2020, be a MotoGP rider on a KTM in Red Bull colors. But Tech3 style. The fate of Hafizh Syahrin is cast and within the Mattighofen manufacturer, we are thinking about who will officiate alongside Jorge Martin next year, in Moto2…

The hunt is on ! At KTM, we gave the ambition of its Moto3 World Champion a pass,  Brad Binder, to join MotoGP. It will be to find his former teammate Miguel Oliveira. The two men finished the 2018 Moto2 season in second and third place in the championship with three victories each.

This season is going less well because of a failed KTM, but the season still has to distribute practically 250 points. So much so that the South African still mathematically has his chances in the title race. He will have to bring down a Alex Marquez in shape who plans to repeat his career in Moto2 next year. While Brad Binder will be in MotoGP thanks to the KTM lift.

That being said, who will succeed him at Ajo? It could be a Aron Canet who faces Honda in the quest for the Holy Grail in Moto3. At the Sachsenring, he left the lead in the general classification to Dallas Port, but not without having sold his skin dearly: Party 22e, the pilot Max Biaggi finished third!

19 years old, Aron Canet pleases the sports manager of the Austrian brand: “ yes, Arón Canet is absolutely a candidate for our Moto2 World Championship team” thus commented Pete Beirer on Speedweek. We therefore await the continuation with the officialization of Brad Binder aged 23 at Red Bull KTM Tech3 on an RC16 that he discovered during the last tests in Brno. Who will be alongside Jorge Martin on the KTM Ajo Moto2 in 2020? Canet is on alert, but not only that…
