The Venetian Fantic team would take the two places of the VR46 team in Moto2: Celestino Vietti could be the first rider.

About Marianna Giannoni de Corsedimoto.com

Work in progress at Fantic Racing. The team, led by Stefano Bedon, is serious and the rumors that see it at the start of the next Moto2 category with two Kalex are becoming more and more insistent.

The official status is still missing but the Venetian team will most likely take VR46's place. The Tavullia team is at the top of the ranking with Celestine Vietti, tied on points with Augusto Fernandez, but she appears more and more focused on MotoGP. Budgets are not infinite even in the best teams. It seems that in Tavullia they want to transmit all the economic resources to MotoGP, where the team is developing rapidly and is already reaping great satisfactions such as second place with Bezzecchi in Assen. The middle class, on the other hand, does not appear to be VR46's priority and the rumors of closure are certainly not unfounded.

With Vietti, Fantic would be fantastic

Fantic Racing is new but based on very solid foundations, starting with the parent company which has been building motorcycles since 1968. The brand is already very present in the off-road sector, notably on the Dakar, in the MX world championship and in various international off-road competitions.

Among the managers Stefano Bedon, for over twenty years one of the most respected managers in the world championship and with various world titles won in the different classes. We do not yet know who the drivers will be but it will probably be two young talents on the launch pad. One of them could be Celestine Vietti who apparently will not move up to MotoGP due to the surplus of riders in the premier category. At his side, Fantic will try to have a driver in the top ten of the current ranking.
