It is with great pleasure that the Forward Racing Team announces the arrival of Stefano Manzi, who will be part of their driver line-up for the 2018 season.

This agreement results from the collaboration with the VR46 Riders Academy with the aim of helping young talent cultivate and develop their abilities on the track. After a rookie year, the promising Italian is now ready to achieve excellent results during the nineteen rounds of the next Moto2 World Championship.

Stefano manzi, born in Rimini, made his debut in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup from 2012 to 2014. During the second and third year of the series, the 18-year-old rider finished 3rd overall before making his debut in the Championship. Moto3 world the following year.

In 2016 he was able to make a few wild cards in the same category, reaching a fourth place in the British Grand Prix. This season, Manzi moved up to the Moto2 category with a seventh position at Silverstone as his best result so far.
