It's back to Moto2 in Italy after a morning session which was dominated in the final moments by the American Joe Roberts. The Italtrans Racing Team driver therefore did not miss his entry into this sixth round of the championship. The Californian set a time of 1'51.746 which put him a quarter of a second ahead of Remy Gardner (Red Bull KTM Ajo), current leader in the Championship.
Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing) was, for its part, credited with the third time. In his wake, we found Raul Fernandez (Red Bull KTM Ajo), accompanied by Tony Arbolino (Liqui Moly Intact GP) andAugusto Fernandez (ELF Marc VDS Racing).
Xavi Verge (Petronas Sprinta Racing) inherited seventh place. Marco Bezzecchi (Sky Racing Team VR46), Marcel Schrötter (Liqui Moly Intact GP) and Fabio DiGiannantonio (Federal Oil Gresini Moto2) completed the Top 10.
