This Friday afternoon in Jerez promises to be scorching for the Moto2 protagonists who will be even hotter than during FP1 in the morning. A session that Luca Marini took on, ahead of Navarro, his teammate on crutches Bezzecchi and the winner of the first round in Qatar, Nagashima. Augusto Fernandez was absent, like Xavier Virginie, while Lüthi fell, like Manzi who, a little earlier than him, had completely destroyed his bike.

35° in the air, 51° on a windswept track, and all under a blazing sun are the conditions offered to pilots for 40 minutes of exercise.

In 1'42.228, Luca marini confirms his good form in the morning by signing the first reference. He is ahead of his teammate Bezzecchi while Baldassarri, with his third place, perfect a first top trio made in Italy. At the end of the first quarter of an hour, NAVARRO is placed second, three tenths behind the half-brother of Valentino Rossi. Schrotter goes third for Germany. izdihar crash at turn 2. Halfway through the session, Nagashima goes back to second, two tenths of a Marini always in the lead.
