Finally, the arrival of the Triumph engines in the different Kalex, KTM and NTS chassis, during the 3-day tests which end this evening in Aragon, will have aroused much more interest than we expected from different riders .

Therefore, Alex de Angelis was the first to get involved in the subject by happily accepting the role of test driver for the Japanese manufacturer NTS (see here).

Then, today, it was the turn ofAlex Marquez to test the Kalex-Triumph, which is relatively normal since Marc's brother is currently exercising his talent in the intermediate category.

More surprising was the totally unexpected presence of Jonas Folger, revealed by the site speedweek and confirmed by Alex Baumgärtel, one of the bosses of Kalex: “Jonas seems to be having fun with us.”

For the occasion, the 24-year-old German pilot had an all-black suit made, without any advertising markings. It should continue to roll throughout this afternoon.

The news is nice, but are we seeing the beginnings of a return to competition for the former Tech3 driver?

We obviously want it, even in Moto2, without unfortunately really believing in it…
