At the end of this qualifying session, we will know who will be the first driver to take a pole position this season in Moto2. Since Friday, the category, which has become the highlight of the Qatar Grand Prix at Losail without its MotoGP, has been led by the improbable Joe Roberts who is putting the United States back in the spotlight. Will he be able to confirm this Saturday to assert himself as a solid favorite for Sunday's race?
This is the whole question of this exercise which will take place in two parts. A Q1, where we will find names like Baldassarri, Schrötter or even NAVARRO. And a Q2 which will deliver the first 14 places on the starting grid. While waiting for the verdict, here is the summary of the facts with the essential table…

Since the start of the meeting, notwithstanding the revelation Joe Roberts, we noted great teamwork within the Sky VR46 between Bezzecchi et Marini, and the good form of the Speed Up, despite the relative disappointment NAVARRO, which we will see from Q1. By Giannantonio, his teammate, is on the other hand in the rhythm just like the beginner Arón Canet which has been surprising since Friday... We will remember, finally, that the party will take place without Sam Lowes, forfeited because he was suffering too much from his shoulder, which was still bruised since his fall during the offseason.
It's 21,6 degrees in the air and 25,3 degrees on the track. Night has fallen on the Losail route.
