Nothing is ever taken for granted in the world of Grands Prix where situations evolve quickly. Thus, at the end of 2018, the VR46 academy was at its peak with two world champions having succeeded one another in Moto2 and assured of a handlebar in MotoGP. A year later, there were no titles and fewer victories while some flock voluntarily left the ship. One of them is Bulega who had everything to be the new spearhead of this adventure wanted by Valentino Rossi. The Academy was certainly a great opportunity, I would say unique in the world! Maybe I needed to feel people around me who collaborate more exclusively, maybe I also wanted to feel more at the center of a project dedicated to me. »
« It was not easy for me to decide to change, my father and I, with whom I always compare myself, we did not sleep several nights... So we made this decision together and only time will tell us if we did well done or not. I am aware that if I do well, everyone will say that I am a great man, if things go badly I will be massacred... It's a risk that I took » concludes the Italian who has clearly understood the whole issue of what awaits him…
