His name appeared on the international scene when Alexis Masbou was shown the exit door. New resident of the Peugeot MC Saxoprint team alongside John McPhee who managed to make a success of this season, he will be in the World Championship in 2017. His name, Albert Arenas.

He is twenty years old and he knows the Mahindra well from playing with it in the Spanish championship of the specialty. He knows Jorge Aspar Martinez just as well who employs him on the peninsula. He will be one of his foals in 2017 since he is officially the next driver of the MRW Mahindra Aspar behind the handlebars of the MGP30.

His teammate will be Lorenzo Dalla Porta in a Mahindra clan which will still see its current spearheads leave for other horizons next year: “I am very happy to engage in the World Championship full-time with this team, which is already my team in the CEV” commented the Catalan who started with motocross and enduro. “We will prepare as best as possible, I am very motivated and eager to learn from the team and the technicians. I know Mahindra is doing a good job and I can’t wait to start this new adventure.”
