Darryn Binder qualified on pole position for the third time in his Moto3 career, and for the second time this season, after Qatar where he finished the race in third place. He finished second last year at the Aragon Grand Prix.

alex rins (2013) George Martin (2018) et Aron canet (2019) are the only drivers to have won from pole in the category at MotorLand. Furthermore, on the 24 last Moto3 races, alone two people drivers managed to win after qualifying in pole position: Raul fernandez last year in Portugal and Roman Fenati at Silverstone two weeks ago.

This is Honda's sixth pole at MotorLand, and first since George Martin in 2018 who won the race. gabriel rodrigo qualified in second position, which is the fourth time since the start of the year that he has qualified in the top 3. He will aim to get on the podium for the third time in his GP career with Catalonia/2018 and Italy/2021.

After passing Q1, Tatsuki suzuki qualified in third position, which is the fifth time since the start of the season that he has qualified among the top 3. He will aim for a podium for the first time since San Marino where he ranked third.

Second in the Championship, Sergio Garcia qualified in fourth position, his best result since his second place in Styria. The championship leader Pedro Acosta is ninth, which is the 11th time since the start of the year that he has not qualified among the top six.

Andrea Migno qualified in fifth position, it is the sixth time this year that he has started from the first two rows of the grid. This is his best qualification in his nine visits to MotorLand in Moto3. Deniz Oncu is sixth for his third best qualification after Styria, where he took his first pole and Austria, where he was fifth.

Before we start, a little reminder of the qualifications…

It's off and it's Binder who takes the lead ahead of Rodrigo, Garcia, Suzuki and Migno. Head positions unchanged.

Garcia goes on the offensive on Rodrigo and takes 2nd position. But the Argentinian Cobra does not give up, he regains his possession in 2nd position, Garcia drops back to 4th position, he is passed by Suzuki.

Rodrigo in force passes Binder and takes the lead of the troops. Garcia makes the effort and takes 2nd position.

Garcia, after 2 rounds, takes the lead to the detriment of Rodrigo. It heats up, it fights and itIt's Migno's turn to take the lead ahead of Binder, Oncu, Suzuki, Garcia, Acosta, Rodrigo, Guevara, Artigas and Foggia.

The two LEOPARD drivers (Artigas and Foggia) pass Acosta, the Red Bull driver drops to 5th place.

Fellon joins the top10! Warning however for the Frenchman, he has already passed 3X in the green part….

Oncu is holding on at the forefront in front of Artigas, Garcia who has just passed Foggia, Guevara who has just closed this provisional top5. There are 11 laps left to complete

Artigas misses and swerves, Garcia takes advantage and takes 2nd position. Binder passes Acosta in a mouse hole, but the rookie does not give up and regains his possession in 6th position.

Very clean Artigas, takes the lead ahead of Oncu and Garcia. 9 more rounds and nothing is done yet.

Oncu wants his first victory, he regains leadership ahead of Foggia, Garcia, Artigas and Guevara. 1 rounds remaining.

Long lap penalty for Fellon, he goes from 10th position to 14th place.

Foggia gets annoyed and takes control with 7 laps to go. Oncu remains in 2nd position ahead of Artigas, Acosta and Garcia. Everyone is boiling hot and everyone settles their scores with fairings!

Oncu does not let himself be impressed and takes the lead again. Artigas takes 2nd position. But Garcia perseveres and in turn takes 2nd position to the detriment of the driver LEOPARD (Artigas). 5 more rounds!

Big falls: Acosta falls and takes Artigas with him. Disaster for the championship leader!

Foggia emerges like a cannonball, he emerges at the head of the bend and takes the lead of the troops. once remains in 2nd place, Garcia, Guevara and Sasaki make up the rest of this top5.
