There are a lot of people in the leading group of Moto3 in Aragón and this promises a particularly competitive fourteenth round of the championship. The Friday which opened hostilities put veteran Migno in the lead ahead of the latest winner in Misano, Tatsuki Suzuki, the fastest in FP1. The rising man, Arbolino, follows ahead of Masiá and future Tech3 rider Sasaki. Salac is the surprise guest while the top 10 does not include any of the first two in the provisional general classification of the championship... 

Dallas Port et Canet will they succeed in redressing the bar on this Saturday which is expected to be wet and which will end with the constitution of the starting grid for this Aragon Grand Prix ? Before answering this question, here is the table which summarizes the facts…

17° in the air and 18° on the wet track as announced, these are the conditions proposed to the drivers for the 40 minutes of exercise. Among the workforce, we no longer find a Tuff injured and forced to forfeit. We will remember that this is the future Ajo KTM rider.  Arbolino signs the first reference in 2'13.145.

Masia aimproves in 2'11.546 ahead López et Arbolino. The times fall as the drivers gain confidence. So, halfway through, Masiá puts the reference at 2'10.875.

Despite these great performances, it is clear that the top 14, synonymous with automatic entry into Q2, will not be upset this morning. The chosen ones on Friday will therefore be those who will take the stage this Saturday afternoon in the qualifying final. Especially since the rain is coming for good. conditions which allow those without ranks and other replacements to stand out…

López runs in 2'09.757 as the last five minutes loom on the horizon. A pace that must be taken since this wet track in Aragon will undoubtedly be identical when qualifying begins. Migno crash at turn 8. He was ninth.

Under the checkered flag, López keeps his lead Arbolino, Canet, Yurchenko et Masia. Tatay closes the top 10. Migno is 12th. Dallas Port only 17th.
