The Moto3™ world championship has barely started and already the CFMOTO Racing PrüstelGP plans must be reviewed following the very spectacular fall of the rider Joel Kelso after the finish line of the Portuguese Grand Prix.
A jump which ended with a fracture of the ankle of the left foot of the Australian pilot, which must therefore be replaced while awaiting his recovery. As the next stage of MotoGP™ moves to Argentina, the choice falls on the 17-year-old Spaniard (#92) David Almansa, originally from the small town of Argamasilla de Calatrava, to appear alongside Xavi Artigas.
David Almansa is currently competing in his second season in the FIM JuniorGP World Championship and made his Moto3™ World Championship debut at the final race of 2022 in Valencia.
The operation on the injured ankle of Joel Kelso went well and he will begin his rehabilitation as soon as possible.
