Andrea Migno on the podium in her first race with the CIP – GREEN POWER team, David Salvador takes his first Top 10!

Andrea Migno achieved a remarkable performance during his first race under the colors of the CIP – GREEN POWER team at Termas de Rio Hondo (Argentina). He replaced Lorenzo Fellon, injured, and had to face difficult conditions throughout the weekend.

Despite this, he managed to qualify in ninth position and made a strong comeback to finish on the third step of the podium. For his part, david savior also made a very good comeback from 22nd position on the grid to finish in tenth position.

The next race will take place in a few weeks on the Austin circuit, for the third event on the calendar.

Andrea Migno (3) : " An excellent result after a good weekend. I felt comfortable from the start. I am very happy with this result, we worked well throughout the weekend with the CIP – GREEN POWER team. I would like to thank the CIP – GREEN POWER team, the Academy and KTM. It was the perfect day to do something. We'll see what happens in Austin, but I felt good from the start. »

David Salvador (10) : " The race was difficult because the conditions were precarious and it is easy to make a mistake. The start wasn't easy, but I stayed calm and, lap after lap, I came back up. Learning a new circuit is difficult, but the CIP – GREEN POWER team has always supported me. Thanks to everyone and all my sponsors. »

Alain Bronec (Team Owner) : " A difficult weekend with a last minute replacement for Lorenzo who had to have surgery. Andrea Migno had a magnificent race and quickly found himself in the leading group. However, he had not ridden the bike before this weekend. The team was able to adapt to his requests and give him confidence and give him a bike that suited him for the rain. It’s a fantastic podium for the CIP – GREEN POWER team. As for David Salvador, he started 22nd, but he had a very good race. We are happy to have a driver on the podium and another in the Top 10. We are waiting for Lorenzo to return, but it is a very good start to the season. »
