Moto3 Austin: found responsible for the pileup, Deniz Öncü is heavily sanctioned

Deniz Öncü had an official communication from the commissioners. The Moto3 version of the Grand Prix of the Americas was a miracle this Sunday in Austin with a impressive pileup shortly after the second start of a race which had already been stopped with a red flag. One of the victims, Andrea Migno, immediately called for a strong sanction once the person responsible is found. He was and, indeed, he was punished.
